Schedule
The practice schedule for the 2026 season will be posted in the spring. During the 2025 season, practices began in mid-June and were held on Mondays to Fridays at the following times:
Ages 5-6: 5:00 - 5:30 pm
Ages 7-10: 5:30 - 6:15 pm
Ages 11-17: 6:15 - 7:15 pm
Attendance
Swimmers are expected to attend all practices. If a swimmer cannot attend a practice, please notify the coaches in advance by sending an email to tenaflyswimcoaches@gmail.com.
